| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 13-303.5 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (220 ILCS 5/13-303.5)
|
| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2013)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 13-303.5. Injunctive relief. If, after a hearing, the
|
| 9 | | the Commission
determines that a telecommunications carrier |
| 10 | | has violated this Act or a
Commission order or rule, any |
| 11 | | telecommunications carrier adversely affected by
the
violation |
| 12 | | may seek injunctive relief in circuit court. |
