1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriation bills.
|
2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
5 | | Agency Appropriation
Act.
|
6 | | Section 5. Separate appropriation bills. An appropriation |
7 | | bill introduced
in and passed by the General Assembly shall |
8 | | contain appropriations to no more
than one State department, |
9 | | State agency, or other entity of State government.
|
10 | | Appropriations to each State department, State agency, or other |
11 | | entity of State
government shall be contained in separate bills |
12 | | introduced in and passed by
the
General Assembly.
