AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1576




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1576 on page 8, line 
314, by replacing "shall" with "may"; and


 
4on page 8, line 15, after "list", by inserting "by the 
5appointing authority"; and
 
6on page 12, line 9, by replacing "shall" with "may"; and
 
7on page 12, line 11, by replacing "shall" with "may"; and
 
8on page 12, line 24, after the period, by inserting the 
9following: "The municipality may publish the notice on the 
10municipality's Internet website."; and
 
11on page 15, line 19, after the period, by inserting the 
12following: "The local appointing authority may prescribe the 
13score to qualify for placement on the final eligibility
