Amends the Nursing Home Care Act to provide that a facility shall maintain a list of the names, job titles, cities of residence, and dates of employment of all of its employees and shall provide this information to any member of the public upon request. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 2-207.1 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (210 ILCS 45/2-207.1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 2-207.1. Employee information. A facility shall |
| 8 | | maintain a list of the names, job titles, cities of residence, |
| 9 | | and dates of employment of all of its employees and shall |
| 10 | | provide this information to any member of the public upon |
| 11 | | request. The information may be provided by photocopy, |
| 12 | | facsimile, electronic mail, or other means.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.
