AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for the completion of a formal application for an Access Justification Report for an additional interchange at Interstate 57 and Petroff Road in Franklin County.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
