SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $5,000,000 to the Office of the Attorney General for a grant to the Illinois Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates (Illinois CASA). Effective July 1, 2011.

    AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for a grant to the Illinois Association of Court Appointed Special Advocates (Illinois CASA).

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
