Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that all policies of automobile insurance must provide coverage for any fees for emergency response services provided by a fire protection district to an insured that arise out of a claim against such policy.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 143e as follows:
|
| 6 | | (215 ILCS 5/143e new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 143e. Fire protection district fees. All policies of |
| 8 | | automobile insurance, as described in subsection (a) of Section |
| 9 | | 143.13 of this Code, must provide coverage for any fees for |
| 10 | | emergency response services provided by a fire protection |
| 11 | | district to an insured that arise out of a claim against such |
| 12 | | policy.
