| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1195 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 3, immediately below line 4, by inserting the |
| 4 | | following:
|
| 5 | | "The canine certification requirements adopted by the |
| 6 | | Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board under this |
| 7 | | Section shall not apply to accelerant detection dogs used by |
| 8 | | the Office of the State Fire Marshal."; and
|
| 9 | | on page 3, immediately below line 21, by inserting the |
| 10 | | following:
|
| 11 | | "(c) The record-keeping and reporting requirements of this |
| 12 | | Section shall not apply to the use of accelerant detection dogs |
| 13 | | by the Office of the State Fire Marshal.".
