| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Gasoline Storage Act is amended by changing
|
| 5 | | Section 1 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any any person,
firm,
|
| 8 | | association or
corporation to keep, store, transport, sell or |
| 9 | | use any crude petroleum,
benzine, benzol, gasoline, naphtha, |
| 10 | | ether or other like volatile
combustibles, or other compounds, |
| 11 | | in such manner or under such circumstances
as will jeopardize |
| 12 | | life or property.
