| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing Section |
| 5 | | 210-20 as follows:

appropriation of a sum of money, to be derived from |
| 13 | | taxation extended upon the
special refuse collection and |
| 14 | | disposal district, sufficient to pay the amount
that, by the |
| 15 | | terms of the contract, is to become due and payable. |
