AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 132

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 132 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section  5. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for provision of health care coverage as elected by eligible members per the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971:

From the General Revenue Fund............... $1,435,531,900

From the Road Fund............................ $165,293,800

From the State Garage Revolving Fund............ $2,855,700

From the Statistical Services

  Revolving Fund................................ $9,704,200

From the Communications Revolving Fund.......... $3,050,200

From the Facilities Management

  Revolving Fund................................ $4,792,700

From the Group Insurance Premium Fund.......... $95,452,100

From the Health Insurance

  Reserve Fund.............................. $2,418,434,900

Total                                        $4,135,115,500

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.”.
