AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 124

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 124, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 13 by deleting lines 7 through 14 and inserting the following:

  “Section 106.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for:

DUQUOIN STATE FAIR

Payable from General Revenue Fund:

 For Entertainment and Other Expenses.............. 652,100

  Total                                      $652,100”; and

on page 17, by deleting line 23; and

on page 18, by deleting lines 1 through 9; and

on page 100, by deleting lines 11 through 22 and inserting the following:

  “Section 5.  The amount of $11,258,800 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.” ; and

on page 101, by deleting lines 1 through 25; and

on page 102, by deleting lines 1 through 25; and

on page 103, by deleting lines 1 through 25; and

on page 104, by deleting lines 1 through 21.
