Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that the Historic Preservation Agency, rather than the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, shall have responsibility for, and may provide technical assistance and administrative support to the Commission, and provides that the assistance and support is subject to appropriation.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 2
Further amends the resolution to provide that the appointed members of the Commission shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for their reasonable and necessary expenses from non-public sources (instead of reimbursed for their reasonable and necessary expenses) if funds allow.
