Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Comptroller Act. Prohibits the Comptroller from making deductions from payments to be disbursed from the Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that the Comptroller shall not deduct from payments to be disbursed from the Child Support Enforcement Trust Fund, except for payments representing interest on child support obligations.
