Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Removes length limits for the distance between the kingpin and the center of the rear axle of a semitrailer longer than 48 feet, in combination with a truck tractor.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the length limits for the distance between the kingpin and the center of the rear axle of semitrailers longer than 48 feet shall not apply to trailers or semi-trailers used for the transport of livestock, as that term is defined in the Act.
