Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for its FY12 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2011.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations to the Illinois State Board of Education, the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, and the Department on Aging for specified purposes in addition to amounts previously appropriated. Effective July 1, 2012.
