Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Limited Liability Company Act. Reduces the expedited service fee for a limited liability company's articles of organization from $100 to $0. Effective immediately.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Restores the expedited service fee for limited liability companies filing articles of organization to $100 and eliminates the expedited service fee for filing annual reports.

Governor Amendatory Veto Message
Recommends that the fee for expedited processing of LLC annual reports with the Secretary of State’s Department of Business Services shall only be eliminated for requests filed online and shall not also be eliminated for requests filed in person.
