Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning completion and delivery of the seller's disclosure statement.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
765 ILCS 745/14.2 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Mobile Home Landlord and Tenant Rights Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall create a plan to address the relocation efforts of manufactured home or mobile home owners who are compelled to relocate due to the sale or closure of the manufactured home community or mobile home park in which they live. Provides that the Department shall develop this plan in cooperation with members of the General Assembly, manufactured home and mobile home owners, manufactured home community and mobile home park owners, and the respective statewide organizations that represent those groups. Provides that the plan shall include special counseling of manufactured home or mobile home owners who are displaced; relocation or shelter needs of displaced home owners; and the creation of a Manufactured Housing Relocation Fund. Provides that no later than October 1, 2011, the Department shall deliver its plan and any proposed legislation to the legislative leaders. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 3
Replaces everything after the enacting clause with provisions similar to the engrossed bill except that it provides that: the Department of Public Health shall facilitate the development of (instead of create) a plan to address the relocation efforts of manufactured home or mobile home owners who are compelled to relocate; the Department and the Illinois Housing Development Authority will participate in this collaborative effort by providing meeting space and expertise (instead of providing that the Department shall develop this plan) in cooperation with members of the General Assembly and designated persons and groups; and no later than October 1, 2011, the plan and any proposed legislation will be delivered to the legislative leaders. Effective immediately.
