Provides that this database shall be sorted by Rutan status, status of position as subject to collective bargaining, and, for General Assembly members, per diem allowances and mileage paid.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Further amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. In a Section concerning the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal, provides that the legislative and judicial branches shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data submitted with regard to State employees from the legislative and judicial branches. 20 ILCS 405/405-335
Adds reference to:
70 ILCS 210/5.4

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act. Reenacts specified provisions of the Act. Removes provisions requiring contracts of the Authority to contain provisions establishing: (i) the wages to be paid to union employees for work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and (ii) the rate show managers and contractors are to charge exhibitors for work on those days. Requires certain Authority determinations to be made in writing, to set forth an explanation and statement of the reason or reasons supporting the determination, and to be provided to each affected labor organization. Specifies that the exhibitor rights and work rule reforms apply to Navy Pier. Limits the ability of the Authority to waive statutorily required contractual terms. Effective immediately.
