Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Allows a township that employs a professional engineer and a certified public accountant to elect to receive its share of motor fuel tax proceeds directly from the Department of Transportation rather than from the county. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.
