Amends the Deposit of State Moneys Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning interest on deposits.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:

	Adds reference to:
	15 ILCS 520/22.5	from Ch. 130, par. 41a

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Deposit of State Moneys Act. Provides that the Treasurer may invest State money in short-term obligations of limited liability companies with assets exceeding $500,000,000, subject to certain conditions. Effective immediately.
