Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning enforcement of the Code.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	735 ILCS 5/1-105

	Adds reference to:
	735 ILCS 30/25-5-30 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for one year after the effective date by Will County for the acquisition of land for the purpose of reconstructing roadways and an intersection to serve Will County. Effective immediately.
