Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning pharmacy payments under the Medicaid program.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	305 ILCS 5/5-5.12	from Ch. 23, par. 5-5.12

	Adds reference to:
	305 ILCS 5/12-9	from Ch. 23, par. 12-9

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amend the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Adds federal financial participation revenue related to eligible disbursements made by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to the list of monies funding the Public Aid Recoveries Trust Fund. Effective January 1, 2012.
