Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning duties of the Department of Public Health.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	210 ILCS 30/2

	Adds reference to:
	225 ILCS 85/26

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act. Provides that if a pharmacist substitutes any generic prescription in place of a brand-name anti-epileptic drug, then the pharmacist shall provide written notice to the patient no later than the time the prescription is dispensed. Also makes a technical change.
