Amends the Civic Center Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a civic center authority's power to incur obligations.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Emergency Telephone System Act. Defines "computer aided dispatch" and "hosted supplemental 9-1-1 service". Sets forth requirements concerning hosted supplemental 9-1-1 services. Provides that expenditures from the Emergency Telephone System Fund account may be made to pay for costs associated with the implementation of a computer aided dispatch system or hosted supplemental 9-1-1 services. Effective immediately.
