Amends the Build Illinois Bond Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the authorization for bonds.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:

	Adds reference to:
	30 ILCS 105/8.8	from Ch. 127, par. 144.8

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that appropriations for expenses associated with providing services to other units of government under a Section of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code (now, for expenses incurred in administering the provisions of several Sections of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code) are payable from the Mental Health Fund.
