Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Deletes a provision concerning actual physical contact of an uninsured motor vehicle and provides instead that an insurance company issuing uninsured motor vehicle property damage coverage may not require that property damage losses recoverable there under be limited to damages caused by the actual physical contact of an uninsured motor vehicle with the insured motor vehicle.
