Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Mass Transit Consolidation Commission. Requires that the Commission prepare and issue a report to the Governor and the General Assembly by July 1, 2012, recommending the best procedure and governmental structure for consolidating the mass transit services provided by the Regional Transportation Authority, the Commuter Rail Board, the Suburban Bus Board, and the Chicago Transit Authority.
