Synopsis As Introduced
Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Replaces the provisions of the resolved clause of the resolution as introduced. Provides that the requests made by Marshall CUSD C-2 - Clark and Bureau Valley CUSD 340 - Bureau, Lee, and Whiteside, with respect to non-resident tuition for children of full-time employees of the school district, is approved for allowing the district to claim the average daily attendance of such students on its State Aid Claim and is disapproved for charging such students tuition.
