Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that a person may not possess, sell, offer for sale, trade, or distribute a shark fin. Defines "shark" and "shark fin".

Provides that a "shark fin" means a raw, dried, or otherwise processed fin.
