Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Employees' Retirement System for its FY12 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2011.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates $899,504,680 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Employees' Retirement System of Illinois for the State's contribution, as provided by law. Appropriates $63,628,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the Judges Retirement System of Illinois for the State's contribution, as provided by law. Appropriates $10,502,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the General Assembly Retirement System for the State's contribution, as provided by law. Effective July 1, 2011.
