Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Banking Act. Provides that a banking house, branch, branch bank, or branch office shall report to the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation the number of loans made to small businesses. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Reinserts the introduced bill with changes. Provides that a banking house, branch, branch bank, or branch office shall annually report to the Secretary the number and value of small loans made to small businesses. Adds language regarding rules. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall publish the reports on its website. Effective immediately.
