Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning required reports and accounts.

House Floor Amendment No. 2

	Deletes reference to:
	30 ILCS 105/2	from Ch. 127, par. 138

	Adds reference to:
	30 ILCS 250/1	from Ch. 120, par. 1601

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Tennessee Valley Authority Payment Act. Provides that 70% of the total annual fiscal year payment received by the State from the Tennessee Valley Authority shall be divided among counties in Illinois in which the Tennessee Valley Authority has coal reserved (now, in which the Tennessee Valley Authority has coal reserved and which receive direct payments pursuant to Section 13 of the federal Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933). Provides that the changes made by this amendatory Act are declarative of existing law. Effective immediately.
