Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes. Effective July 1, 2011.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the following entities for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011: the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council, the Illinois Gaming Board, the Property Tax Appeal Board, the Department of Insurance, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, and the Illinois Racing Board. Effective July 1, 2011.
