Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a $10 fee shall be collected for vehicle emission inspections and deposited into the Vehicle Inspection Fund.

	Fiscal Note (IL Environmental Protection Agency)
	HB 1917 would generate $19.4 million in FY 2012, $19.2 million in FY 2013, and $20.2 million in FY 2014.
