Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that the corporate authorities of each municipality may license, tax, and regulate all businesses within their corporate limits. Repeals provisions concerning the licensing, taxing, and regulating of specific types of businesses.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Provides that the corporate authorities of each municipality may license and regulate all businesses located within their corporate limits. Further provides that the corporate authorities of each municipality may tax specific types of businesses. Updates the text for one of the Sections being amended. Repeals provisions concerning the licensing and regulating of specific types of businesses.
