Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Gasoline Storage Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning volatile combustibles.

	Adds reference to:
	430 ILCS 135/10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Carbon Monoxide Alarm Detector Act. Requires every single family residence that shares an entrance with an attached garage, as well as every living unit that is located in a multiple family residence or a mixed use building and that shares an entrance with an attached garage, to contain an additional approved carbon monoxide alarm in operating condition within 15 feet of the entrance to the attached garage. Prohibits the owner of a structure from entering into a contract to sell or lease that structure without installing the required alarms.
