SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Brian Robert "Bubba" Willms of Kenosha,
4 Wisconsin, who passed away on February 19, 2010; and
 
5     WHEREAS, He was born January 27, 1959 in Lake Forest, grew
6 up in Waukegan, lived in Beach Park, and settled in Kenosha;
7 formerly he was a member of Wesley Church in Waukegan and
8 belonged to Baptist Tabernacle in Kenosha at the time of his
9 passing; and
 
10     WHEREAS, Brian worked at Johnson Motors and for 30 years
11 with Commonwealth Edison; he was a Union Steward for Local 15,
12 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; and
 
13     WHEREAS, He was an avid Harley rider and a member of
14 Kenosha HOG Chapter; he also enjoyed hunting, camping, bowling,
15 golfing, target shooting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, skiing,
16 and lived a full life of adventure; but most of all, Brian was
17 a hard worker, dedicated Christian, selfless, and was loved by
18 all; and
 
19     WHEREAS, He has joined his sister, Buffy Willms Brooks, in
20 Glory; and

1     WHEREAS, Brian "Bubba" Willms is survived by his wife of 30
2 years, Lynne; his children, Heidi L. Willms and Chad Robert
3 (fiancée, Kari Kammerzelt) Willms; his grandson, Clayton; his
4 father and mother, Charles and Yvonne Willms; and his siblings,
5 Dorman Willms, Robin (Dan) Ward, Kevin Willms, and Carla (Mike)
6 Sayre; therefore, be it
 
7     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
8 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
9 his family and friends, the passing of Brian "Bubba" Willms;
10 and be it further
 
11     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12 presented to the family of Brian Robert "Bubba" Willms as a
13 symbol of our sincere sympathy.
