    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3662 on page 17, by

replacing lines 10 through 16 with the following:

            "(A) Certified as eligible for services pursuant

        to the regulations promulgated in accordance with

        Title I of the Workforce Investment Act by (i) the 
7
        Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity

or

        (ii) a Workforce Investment Program Services 
9
        Administrator as "eligible for services" pursuant to 
10
        regulations promulgated in
accordance with Title II of 
11
        the Job Training Partnership Act, Training
Services 
12
        for the Disadvantaged or Title III of the Job Training 
13
        Partnership
Act, Employment and Training Assistance 
14
        for Dislocated Workers Program.".
