1     AN ACT concerning land.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. "An Act concerning land", approved August 25,
5 2009, Public Act 96-693, is amended by changing Section 85 as
6 follows:
 
7     (P.A. 96-693, Sec. 85)
8     Sec. 85. Upon the payment of the sum of $1,325.00 to the
9 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
10 Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
11 Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
12 right, title and interest in and to easement for highway
13 purposes acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is
14 released over and through the following described land in
15 Christian County, Illinois, to Todd Barstow and Bobbie Barstow:

3     Section 10. Upon the payment of the sum of $4,000.00 to the
4 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
5 Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of

7 rights or easement of access, crossing, light, air and view
8 from, to and over the following described land and FA Route 17
9 subject to permit requirements of the State of Illinois,
10 Department of Transportation in Carroll County, Illinois, to
11 Evelyn A. Colehour.

13     Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a
14 certified copy of the portion of this Act containing the title,
15 enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section
16 containing the land description of the property to be
17 transferred or otherwise affected under this Act within 69 days
18 after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required
19 by the Section, shall record the certified document in the
20 Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
21     Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
22 becoming law.
