HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2
    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are pleased to congratulate Timothy Bransky 
4
for winning the Bronze medal in bowling at the Illinois Special 
5
Olympics Competition, held in Peoria on December 5, 2009; and
  
 
6
    WHEREAS, Timothy is a resident of the Wood Dale community; 
7
and
  
 
8
    WHEREAS, He has excelled in the Northeast DuPage Special 
9
Recreation Association (NEDSRA) Special Olympics Program, 
10
winning a Gold medal in bowling at both area and sectional 
11
competitions with the Illinois Special Olympics; and
  
 
12
    WHEREAS, Timothy has been a part of the bowling team with 
13
NEDSRA for more than 20 years; and
  
 
14
    WHEREAS, Timothy almost always bowls a 150 or over game; he 
15
is known throughout the community, at Wood Dale Bowl, and to 
16
the patrons of the Wood Dale Park District as a man who 
17
promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, friendship, and other 
18
valuable qualities so necessary in today's world; and
  
 
19
    WHEREAS, Timothy Bransky is to be commended for serving as 
20
a community ambassador for Wood Dale; he is an important part

of the community and is known for his encouraging words and 
2
outgoing demeanor; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4
NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
5
congratulate Timothy Bransky for his many bowling achievements 
6
and wish him continued success on the bowling lanes across the 
7
State of Illinois; and be it further
  
 
8
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9
presented to Timothy Bransky as a symbol of our respect and 
10
esteem.
