| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Jena Hemann on the |
| 4 |
| occasion of her spectacular performance at the IHSA 2009 Girls |
| 5 |
| Class 1A High School State Track and Field Meet on May 21-23, |
| 6 |
| 2009 at the O'Brien Stadium on the campus of Eastern Illinois |
| 7 |
| University; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, During the meet, Jena Hemann placed first in the |
| 9 |
| high jump event, second in the long jump and triple jump |
| 10 |
| events, and third in the 100-meter dash; she also earned enough |
| 11 |
| individual points to help the Breese Central Girls Track Team |
| 12 |
| claim a second place victory at the meet; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Jena Hemann serves as a model of hard work, |
| 14 |
| integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of |
| 15 |
| Illinois; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| congratulate Jena Hemann on the occasion of her spectacular |
