Makes appropriations to the Supreme Court for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the judicial system. Effective July 1, 2010.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 24
Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to the Supreme Court to pay the ordinary and contingent expenses of certain officers of the court system of Illinois as follows:
For Personal Services:
Judges' Salaries.......................... $180,836,600

Section 35. The sum of $15,567,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Mandatory Arbitration Fund to the Supreme Court for Mandatory Arbitration Programs.
Section 40. The sum of $136,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Foreign Language Interpreter Fund to the Supreme Court for the Foreign Language Interpreter Program.
Section 45. The sum of $885,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Lawyers' Assistance Program Fund to the Supreme Court for lawyers' assistance programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2010.
