| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5232

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5232 on page 2, line |

| 19, immediately after "notices.", by inserting the following: |

| "All notices required for publication by this Act shall |
| 5 |
| remain legal and valid for all purposes when any error that |
| 6 |
| occurs pursuant to the requirements of this Section for |
| 7 |
| placement of the notice on the statewide website is the fault |
| 8 |
| of the printer."; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 8, line 10, immediately after "notices.", by inserting |
| 10 |
| the following: |
| 11 |
| "All notices required for publication by this Act shall |
| 12 |
| remain legal and valid for all purposes when any error that |
| 13 |
| occurs pursuant to the requirements of this Section in the |
| 14 |
| requirement for placement of the notice on the statewide |
| 15 |
| website is the fault of the printer."; and
|
| 16 |
| on page 9, line 10, by replacing "2011" with "2012".
