| AN ACT concerning wildlife.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing Section |

| 1.2 as follows:
|

| Sec. 1.2.
This Act shall be administered by and

| the direction
of the Department of Natural Resources. As used |

Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms |

1.2a through 1.2t have the meanings |

| ascribed to them in those Sections. |
