Appropriates $10,000,000 for FY 2010 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections to implement P.A. 94-988 (requiring electronic monitoring of sexual predators). Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections to implement Public Act 94-988.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
