SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3
learn of the death of
Camden Belfield of Waverly, formerly of 
4
East Peoria, who passed away on July 21, 2008; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Camden Belfield was born on February 10, 2000 in 
6
Peoria; his parents were James Belfield and Annette Rees; and

 
7
    WHEREAS, Camden Belfield was a student at Waverly 
8
Elementary School and was planning to start Junior Football 
9
League at Waverly-New Berlin this year; and

 
10
    WHEREAS, Camden Belfield loved to ride his skateboard, ride 
11
his bike, and play with his sister; and

 
12
    WHEREAS, Camden Belfield was preceded in death by his 
13
great-grandfather, Wilbur Summers; and

 
14
    WHEREAS, Camden Belfield is survived by his mother, Annette 
15
Rees; his father, James Belfield; his sister, Katlin Renee 
16
Belfield; his paternal grandparents, James A. Belfield and 
17
Evelyn E. Belfield; maternal grandparents, Sharon Gualandi and 
18
Larry (Pam) Rees; and his great-grandmothers, Mildred L. 
19
Summers and Margaret Rees; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL 
2
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3
his family and friends, the passing of Camden Belfield; and be 
4
it further

 
5
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6
presented to the family of Camden Belfield as an expression of 
7
our sympathy.
