SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3
learn of the death of Owen Robert "Big O" "Owie" Bleuer who 
4
passed away on June 17, 2008; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Owen was the son of Nicole Bleuer and Russ Miney; 
6
he was born on January 16, 2005; and

 
7
    WHEREAS, Owen loved monster trucks, matchbox cars, 
8
tractors, farming with Papa, and watching his uncle's 
9
demolition team, the Junk Yard Dogs; and

 
10
    WHEREAS, Owen left a smile on the face of everyone he met; 
11
and

 
12
    WHEREAS, Owen Bleuer was preceded in death by his maternal 
13
great-grandfathers, Harvey Lewis and Ralph Bleuer; and 
14
paternal great-grandparents, Mildred and Harry Stanford; and

 
15
    WHEREAS, Owen Bleuer is survived by his parents; his 
16
maternal grandparents, Bob and Pat Bleuer; his paternal 
17
grandparents, Nedra and Ed Shue; his maternal 
18
great-grandmothers, Mary Lewis and Joanne Bleuer; his uncles, 
19
Jeff Bleuer (Trisa Church and Aria Sansone), Ryan Bleuer, and 
20
Randy Adelmann (Nicci Baker and Kiyah Addleman); and several

great-aunts, great uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL 
3
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
4
his family and friends, the passing of Owen Bleuer; and be it 
5
further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7
presented to the family of Owen Bleuer as a symbol of our 
8
sincere sympathy.
