SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Ann M. Burton of Waukegan, who passed
4 away on April 22, 2008; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Ann M. Burton was born on June 16, 1944 in North
6 Chicago and lived in the area all of her life; her parents were
7 Edward and Josephine (Slawinski) Pankiewicz; and
 
8     WHEREAS, Ann M. Burton worked at Goelitz Jelly Belly
9 Factory for many years before retiring from Danaher Corporation
10 in Gurnee; and
 
11     WHEREAS, Ann M. Burton was a member of St. Anastasia Church
12 in Waukegan; and
 
13     WHEREAS, Ann M. Burton was preceded in death by her
14 parents; and
 
15     WHEREAS, Ann M. Burton is survived by her loving daughter,
16 Dawn (Michael) Harscher; her grandchildren, Michael Jr. and
17 Stephen; her loving significant other, Dennis "Jack" Frost; her
18 brother, Dennis (Kay) Pankiewicz; her sister, Shirley
19 Cisneroz; and her several loving nieces and nephews; therefore,
20 be it

1     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
2 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
3 her family and friends, the passing of Ann M. Burton; and be it
4 further
 
5     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6 presented to the family of Ann M. Burton as an expression of
7 our sympathy.
