SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3
learn of the death of
Helen Marie Antonini of Pekin, who passed 
4
away on November 18, 2007; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Helen Marie Antonini was born on May 15, 1910, in 
6
Panama, Illinois; her parents were Domonic and Eleanor Chiolero 
7
Mondino; she married John Viviano on Jan. 25, 1930 in 
8
Hillsboro; he died on October 4, 1951; she married Pete 
9
Antonini on June 22, 1963 in Pekin; he died on July 16, 1975; 
10
and

 
11
    WHEREAS, Helen Marie Antonini was a member of Saint Joseph 
12
Catholic Church, the Altar and Rosary Society, the Italian 
13
American Club, and the Funtimers Club of Herget Bank; and


 
14
    WHEREAS, Helen Marie Antonini was preceded in death by her 
15
husbands, John Viviano and Pete Antonini, and her four sisters; 
16
and

 
17
    WHEREAS, Helen Marie Antonini is survived by her daughters, 
18
Eleanora M. Wisdom and Marlene (Paul) Shields; her 
19
grandchildren, Cathy Graham, Kay (Jerry) Paul, Janis (Bradley) 
20
Simpkins, and Michael (Debbie) Wisdom; her 
21
great-grandchildren, Kevin Graham, Lindsay Rugaard, Adam Paul,

Gina Simpkins, Stacey (Kurt) Glesne, and Andrew Wisdom; and her

great-great-grandchildren, Alexis Rugaard, Jaxson Rugaard,

Alivia Rugaard, and Drake Paul; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL 
5
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
6
her family and friends, the passing of Helen Marie Antonini; 
7
and be it further

 
8
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9
presented to the family of Helen Marie Antonini as an 
10
expression of our sympathy.
